Head of Enterprise Support- Spain & Portugal, Amazon Web Services


I have been working in the IT sector for about 24 years. I have built my career starting from a junior role as a systems specialist up to architecture and management positions. I had the privilege to work in different companies in different verticals like hospitality, life sciences, pharma, banking and start-ups. This gave me a broad vision on what the dynamics of these verticals were, and an understanding of their problems first hand.

Currently, I manage the Enterprise Support business for Amazon Web Services for Spain and Portugal.I inspire all stakeholders and champion diversity, inclusion and equity delivering results for our customers, business, and stakeholders. 


As a people oriented executive I am driven by creatively inventing new ways of handling business challenges, creating internal mechanisms to bring the best to our customers, creating a trusting culture in the companies I work for. I discover unique qualities of each team member, grow high performance teams and unify them under one roof to make the impact we all are looking to make. I find, hire, retain top talent and create leaders.
